What data is collected and why
The only point of data collection on this site is the contact form: your name, one contact detail (phone or email) and the message you choose to write. This data is used exclusively to reply to your enquiry. The legal basis is your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR) and pre-contractual measures (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
The form does not request health data. If you voluntarily include such information in your message, it will be treated with strict confidentiality under professional secrecy, in accordance with art. 9.2.h GDPR and the Code of Ethics of the Col·legi Oficial de Psicologia de Catalunya. Clinical records generated in any subsequent therapeutic process are governed by their own healthcare regulations and are not part of this website.
Recipients
The form is processed through Netlify Forms (Netlify, Inc., USA), which acts as data processor and stores the submissions received; Netlify participates in international transfer frameworks with adequate safeguards under arts. 44 et seq. GDPR. Data is not shared with any other third party except where legally required.
Retention
Form data is kept for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and, at most, for the applicable legal limitation periods.
Your rights
